The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays. The fireworks, barbecues and time spent with family and friends is always a great time. Thanks to Covid, this year may look a little different but that isn't stopping me from making yummy patriotic themed recipes!
I always volunteer to bring the dessert because sweets are my forte. I wanted to create a dessert dish that wasn't super heavy and had a refreshing element due to the Florida summer heat. Most fruit dips I have tried in the past consist of cream cheese, but I wanted to find something light that could replace the cream cheese aspect. I created a combination of just three simple ingredients and this is for sure a crowd pleasing dish!

RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) container Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt 1 (12 ounce) container Lite Cool Whip 1 (5.1 ounce) box dry instant vanilla pudding mix Fruit for serving - We used Strawberries and Blueberries
Graham Crackers for serving
Sprinkles for decoration
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in bowl til smooth. Chill for thirty minutes and serve with fruit and/or graham crackers. Can be stored in fridge for a few days to snack on in between meals.
